Friends facebook account hacked. As he is a consultant took it at face value and ordered online.
On discovery tried to cancel order but no email address recognized. Contacted credit card and they could do nothing at time.
A product has been sent but as company a scam will not use it, also no return address or contact on receipt. Have recontacted credit card company but they will do nothing as i entered an agreement with CPI and will have to take it up with trading standards.
Apparently if you agree to the terms and conditions (even if you try to cancel order within an hour) your credit card WILL NOT PROTECT YOU
