I received what sounded like an automated message at 8:47, from "The St. Joe jail" from an inmate, but that cell phone #'s cannot accept reverse charges, and to get my credit card ready, as the inmate is waiting on the line. Then something about a $25 fee and a $50 fee. It sounded very suspicious so I hung up. The #was from 317-981-0098 a Houston area code. Thank you.
