Onlinepublicart ripoff Debit and Credit card fraud - check your statements carefully!

I noticed on my statement that there were 2 small payments made to this company - I had no idea who they were or what they did.

I spoke to the bank and they ar going to refund the money to me but out of interest i came on line to find th company on its web address.

No sign of the company - just lists of other people having had th same thing done to them!

I have an ID Theft policy out at the moment but unfotunately these paymnts ar too small to show on it - the largest ayment was $12.81
