I bought a king mattress at this store, but after only about one week, it's aready sagging in the spots where my wife and I sleep on. I called th ecompany and they say they will send an independent bed expert to check on the problem. They say I will have to pay $50 for the service and if they find that the mattress is defective, they will refund me the $50 I paid and they will replace the mattress with a new one. The thing is you have to pay for delivery and another 20% for handling fee.
So don't you think this is a ripoff. I mean, they send you a defective merchandise knowing you'll be returning it because it's defective so they can cash in on the additional money you have to shell out to them. I don't know if I still want to replace it orjust count it as a loss. I just want to get the message out so as to warn consumers not to do business with this company.
