I ordered a bra in Feb. Of this year from US Mail Order Exchange.in May I received a letter stating that it would not be shipped until Nov., that is 9 months after I placed the order. When I called the number to cancel my order I was put on hold for 30 min.
I finally hung up without ever speaking to anyone. When my phone bill came in I had a charge of $45.00 for that phone call (it was a Canada #). I had to pay the bill or have my phone disconnected. I sent them several e-mails asking to cancel my order, then over a month ago they charged $22.45 to my charge card and I still have never received the bra. This is the biggest rip-off I've ever seen.
