They claimed I signed up for a loan and without pre-authorization they took the money out of my account, they claim I am pre - approved and that is why they took the money. I am really in a bind and hope they do right by me or I will sue them. This is a horrible way to do business, if it turns out to be a SCAM. I should have denied the charge immediately instead of going to their site.
