Recently checked my statements to find your-money. Tv has taken 59.94 from my account, ive never heard of this website and have never signed up with them i would like to know how they got my bank details, i called there customer careline and spoke to a receptionist and was told i would get a callback and still no callback. Each time i have called them the receptionist says there is no supervisor here to help and they cant access my details... I would expect a full refund from this, can my bank help with this?
