I placed an on Craigslist to be a Driver for special needs adults and children. I was contacted by email from [email protected] which said; "D/FW-based company is looking for dependable independent drivers to use their own truck to deliver orders purchased from our company’s website. All deliveries would be local to the North Texas area and includes suburbs north and south of Dallas... Ect, etc. Submit your resume'.
I submited my resume and requested more information on the company that I may investigate. His reply was; "Yes we are legit. Our company has attracted alot of useless/garbage submissions with previous postings so we are taking a different approach this time. Our HR team has been overwhelmed with alot of submissions and so we are going in reverse in how we look for candidates. This has proven to be beneficial for the company as well as qualified applicants who might otherwise get lost in the shuffle. We will be sending you information real soon about the company.in the meantime we appreciate your patience."
The final email I recieved said: Yvette, Please sign the attached Non Disclosure Form and fax it back to: 509-693-3496 Or you can print/sign/scan and email the image back. Thanks.
I signed off on a "Confidentiality Agreement" form, and emailed it back. I searched the company name. It shows up only on Manta.com, with an enroll date of March 8. That seems suspect, since I was contacted by Net Solutions West on March 7. They do not show a physical address or website, only the city of Carrollton, nothing more.
My concern is that they have my resume, home and email address, my telephone number and my signature.
What, if any, problems can I anticipate, although I have not provided my social security number, nor my drivers license. Please advise.
