I sent a reply email to a job posted on Craiglist for a admin assistant/office assistant? I got a reply email back. This is what I got:

Hi, and thanks for your interest in the job that we recently posted on Craigslist. It is very important that you follow the instructions in this email in order to be further considered for the position and to send your resume to us.
We are frankly overwhelmed by the number of responses we have received. Please note that we cannot open any resumes that were sent to us because of the number of spammers and other malicious persons. However, I will give you the link to a page where you can upload your resume later in this email.
Since we cannot possibly interview everyone who applied, we have decided to "weed out the lazy candidates", and also to provide you with a glimpse of part of your duties, should you be successful.
It is very important that you follow the following steps exactly and in the exact order. Otherwise we will not be able to associate your resume with your application and you cannot be considered for the position.
This should take less than 5 minutes of your time, but we expect that 95% of the applicants will not take the time to complete the steps. This is great news for you, because completing the steps will be a giant step towards success. Also, part of your job will be responding to simple questions about how to complete our website forms, so we thought it would be good "hands-on" experience if you took a few minutes to complete one of the forms that you will eventually be answering questions about.
You MUST complete the entire form (s) (if you are requested to go to Step 2 or to complete a short survey you MUST agree to do so). Again, this should take less than 5 minutes of your time. On the last page there will be a box to indicate that you are a job applicant and not a regular customer.

If you receive a confirmation email you must click on any confirmation link. If you do not complete all form (s) you will not be considered further for this job.
Step 2) Since we cannot open any attachments already sent to us, you must send or resend your resume to us. Please go to http://www.teggel.com/resumeupload.html where you will be able to upload your resume.
We will then review the resumes of those applicants who fully complete the simple 2 steps and will contact successful candidates by phone within the next week.

These links take you to take surveys. And the link to upload your resume says that I needed to download Yahoo toolbar to upload my resume. I have Yahoo toolbar, so needless to say I didn't click on it because it could of been a virus!
