I ordered trials and paid p&h. No trial products came. Then i received 1 product. When i checked my account, my credit card has been charged 3times. I emailed a complaint and they refunded 1charge. I emailed again and also cancelled subscription. They promised refunds for the other 2charges but have not received them yet. Will keep emailing them. Email the support team email address. I'm from australia.
