I ordered a sample for a few dollars which was taken from my Visa account and I did not receive goods within time period.in fact I received a phone call from someone with an Indian accent telling me that theses tablets havee not been available for some years. The person then proceeded to quiz my personal details and I hung up when requested my credit card number. I did not authorise a replacement which turned up two weeks later than anticipated. I have had a further $90 plus dollars taken from my visa card account. According to my bank there was some small print re this would happen unless I had cancelled. I do not recall reading same. Considering I had not even had product to test I see this as fraudulent. As others have stated apart from the salt lake city postal address there is no way I know to contact these people. I was a fool, please do not fall into this trap.
