I clicked on a link from FACEBOOK to do with Dr Oz so I thought it was legit. I ordered both these products on line - I never received the African Mango item and the Metaburn arrived 3 weeks later (not 3-5 days) - their postage was taken off my Visa and then also unauthroised activity started on my Visa (apparently thru Google sites? And from Mauritius) so now my card has been cancelled. I am sure I checked the sites for HTTPS sign before doing my orders so the companies are obviously suspect.
Before i knew of this problem, someone from African Mango rang me and said there had been a problem with the order so I re-did it using a different visa card but they said they had no record of my previous order (I couldn't find my order form when I was talking to them on the phone to give them the details). The second lot cost more postage but it was suppose to be for more tablets and they did arrive in 3-5 days. The operator said he was calling from NZ and with an Indian accent had an English name.
The most distressing problem is I have High Blood Pressure and a heart problem and I knew I couldn't take Metaburn after consulting a Pharmacist (I haven't opened this bottle). I asked this question a couple of times and the operator from African Mango said there definitely was no Caffeine in these tablets and it was only Anti-oxidants.
When I got the bottle of African Mango in a BIG NOTICE strip on the middle of the bottle it says CONTAINS CAFFEINE. Jipped again. Just waiting to see if they try and scam my account again I am closing this Visa too to prevent any further attempts from these overseas companies taking money and also from them taking money I don't want to pay for a product I said I couldn't take (bootle also not opened).
I am going to try ringing the Customer Service number and see where it gets me but reading previous blogs my chances seem slim and none.
