This is not a complaint. I called the Customer Service (866) 305-6541 and dealt with a live operator who was very courteous. I ordered my headsets through her and she charged me $25.90 for 4 headsets and 2 sticky mats. That was exactly the way the ad ran on TV. However, you cannot just order 2 headsets and 1 sticky mat. I honestly believe that is a great price for what you get. About a year ago I purchased a sticky mat at Walmart and paid $10 just for one mat. I have not received my order yet with GoJo, so I cannot comment on the quality of the product, but will update when I do receive them. I hope this helps those who have had trouble orderig it online. I feel the best way to order it is through a live operator so that you know exactly what you are getting.
