I was phoned by this company and they kept telling me I had a problem with my computer, they said they were from Microsoft then they said they were from windows. I told them that I had no problems with my computer. Unfortunately I got sucked in by them last year and they got my visa details, now I find that they have accessed my account and taken the amount of $277.72us out of my visa account which I did not authorise. What is my best course of action?
