They keep taking money out of my bank account for something that I never applied for. I called my bank today only to find out that my account is once again overdrawn. There is no way to contact these people. I feel that I am being scammed

I wasn't aware that $149.95 was taking from my checking account, i applied for a loan and now it's hard to tell, who all has my account info!
