I originally signed up for the free trial, then having read the terrible scams about the company called them and cancelled, prior to them posting the item to me. They still took the money out of my account, but this was only for shipping, although they did take more out than they were supposed to.
I asked for my money back on 8 occasions explaining they hadn't actually sent me anything to return and each time I just get told to follow the details of the RMA returns note.
They are either plain dumb or just scammers, I've given up now as nothing seems to get through to them that I have nothing to return, but this is a word to the wise, if I can't get my shipping back I don't hold out any hope that anyone else will get anything else back.
Surely as a company in the USA we must be able to report them to the FDA or someone?
