I ordered Nu visage and Derma science on line in early January.
When I ordered the derma science it said it was unable to process my order. I believed I had a 14 day free trial. However the money was taken out of my account for both products before I had even received them. I was still unaware that this would be on going until I received another shipment of Nuvisage and a day later another amount taken form my account. I contacted customer service sent an e-mail letting them know I was extremely unhappy and cancelled the product. I received an e-mail giving me a phone number to call which I did. They said they were not legally obligated to refund my money.
I did not receive an invoice either by e-mail or with my products or any notification that my account had been debited.
