I attempted to renew my membership for another month at the cost of $12.99, upon clicking the submit button i found out they hit my bank account for 83 dollars and change and renewed it for 6 months. There was no warning that they were going to take 83 dollars until after the transaction took place. I called the customer service people and they refuse to reimburse me and cancel my account with them. Very unhappy.
