In January and Febuary my credit card was charged $38.99. I did not even know who they were. I am getting my money back and have notified my bank of the scam but I am disturbed that they can acces my account without authorization and insist I signed a contract with them when I did not. My Banks Service center and UTEL2011 office and very near each other in Wilmington, DE. Dont know if that plays into it. They even insisted they had provided phone service that was never provided. I am filing complaints but don't excpect much.
