I purchased the trial offer of skin and eye cream from a company called Revita La Peau Dometio in January, the cost for the trial (no obligation) was £2.97 for one item & £2.95 for the other item. Both were recieved and my account debited with the appropriate amount.
However My february statement has Two transactions, one for $130.43 and one for $126.16 to a company called CreamCareSkin.com
Not only have we never recieved any items from this company, we never authorised any payments to this company or any associated with it.
When entering the name Revita la peau Dometio in my search box, it comes up with CreamSkinCare links. I have contacted my bank and they have frozen any further payments and are going to investigate the above companies for fraudulant transactions.
