Unable to use subscription - All Pogo

I have been a subscribed member to Pogo for over 4 years. (Browngplaya) I have not any any problems until the last week and half. I am unable to play any games, I have reloaded Java, cleared the cache mem, browser history to now avail. My membership payment is due and I am holding it until I get an answer, a resolution to this issue.
