Answered advert for skin cream free sample only charging postage £2.95 on receiving bank statement found they had taken another £74.95 out without my permission and I had not been advised that they would or I would of cancelled the cream as it made my skin itch. Have tried to ring the number on the invoice but no ringing sound only a burr sound have tried to find their ress without any luck so have contacted my bank and they are dealing with my query hopefully to get a refund from them. I found the address on the box where the cream was sent from in West lothian and it was a box number so no good there. If anyone has a barclays account ring 0870 010 4503 opt3 and they will be very helpful
