Exactly the same as last person, answered an ad which seemed credible; offering a free sample of skin cream and another for a skin gel. Paying only the postage of £2.95 which was taken out of my account on 17th Jan. The goods did arrive. I have since noticed that on 13th February two lots of monies have been taken out of my account, one for £74.95 and the second for £51.00. What can be done to rectify this?
