Put in one order and waited some weeks. I wasn't impressed with product but did not return it. As I do a bit of shopping online I wasn't aware of what they were doing until I got my repaired computer back and downloaded my bank statement. I phoned their Sydney office to stop payments and they gave me a cancellation number, which probably does nothing.
