I had ordered 6 canvas prints of my daughter to hang in my house. I waited about 3 weeks, and when I hadn't heard anything about my order, I started investigating it. I had sent a few emails to them demanding my product or a refund. They then sent me a tracking number with FedEx, but it was only initiated, never sent. I then emailed them a few more times, and I received a response back that said their server was down, and they were working on fixing it. Then, they proceeded to send me coupons for 25% off! Like I was going to order from them again. I still haven't seen anything of my prints, and still no contact from the company. What a joke, I'm very upset because they did look legitimate. Ugh!
