I was looking for a home for me and my child, bought this trailer 10/29/09. I always had promblems with my sewar system/namely tree root. When i bought it it had some rotted out floors. Energy assistance fixed the biggest in kitchen the next summer. They also told me there was no vapor barrier under trailer. The water heater was about to blow up because all the elements was turned all the way up. Almost all the sinks underneath was leaking, in which they fixed for me, no insulation blanket. They fixed for me. Every 6 mos i have to fight with the office into fixing this sewar promblem, then they drop the pipe out ccome sewage all over the place, they throw lime down and they r done. Now i have bad smells and ants. Recently in the past two weeks i cant get them to fix the sewage from pouring it into my trailer, me and my son have to shower at the ymca and have to do our laundrysomewhere else. Now i have numerous holes in my homes floor, the bathrooms floors r gone now and still have these promblems all the while they threaten me to pay my lease. I wish i couldget the money back i have in this home and move but me and my son have to stay because of agreement i signed. An inspector would back up my claim. There is water almost all year round in my yard and my floors throughout the home are disentergrating before my eyes, not to mention me and my son have been chronically sick all the time.
