As others I was scamed into buying a Copy of a club. They say they are a SafeBuy member, they are not. However I wrote to them and they informed me of section 75 of the Comsumer Credit Act 1974. Call your credit company and ask for a chargeback. You have 120 days to make the claim and it is valid even if the retailer has ceased trading. If the issusing bank declines you metion the above act (sometimes they don't seem to know their own rules). Hope this helps someone!
