So on Jan 9. I ordered a ipad hello kitty case and hard cover. On Jan 12. Said products were said to be shipped and due to receive on Feb 16. I contacted them when I received nothing and was told that they were delayed due to chinese new year. And to wail till the 28th of Feb. Okay it is now March 1.2012 and nothing. I've also tried several times to contact them agagin with no success. So like my husband said I'm screwed. Focal price sucks ass and there a big rip off... And I wish I would have read other comments before. I see this has happened to alot of people.
