I Don't know why this showed up but I am guessing it is a part of another scam involving magazines that baited me by calling me on the phone and signing me up to win free stuff after purchasing a magazine subscription. Since then my credit card information has been given to 3 other companies that are now charging me without reason. The original magazine company comes up as "HMD" on my statements.
