I ordered a new computer from them because they offered free shipping, no tax, and the lowest price. But they wanted you to go to Amazon.com and buy a gift card for the exact price owed and send it to them. Then when they received it they told me the item was shipped and would arrive at or near a certain date. They said they would send me the tracking info. From UPS but it never came. Yesterday I tried to email them asking why they hadn't sent the tracking info. And their address bounced back.
