This is a very corrupt, greedy company, I have been scammed by them and was furious! I ordered the face cream at the beginning of January I paid £5.97 thinking that was it, then they took £79.99 out of my account unbeknown to me and tried again yesterday 27th Feb to take another £79.99 from my account, thankfully my bank contacted me and blocked my card. If they have scammed you, don't give up, I phoned them today on 08081787320 (other number 08081683684) and asked them to refund my money. At first they said they would only cancel the contract, I said I was not satisfied at that and would take it further! Then they offered me half my money back, I said again I was not satisfied and would take this information to the Police as it is fraudulent and corrupt, then after speaking to her manager again they said they would give me all my money back and cancel the contract! I am so angry that they can do this to innocent people, it is disgusting and I bet a lot of people do not know what to do or how to get their money back. I will let you know when the money is returned. The lady I spoke to had an american accent and was called Angel (some angel) although she was ok on the phone, her manager was called Eileen. I asked for their address too, (it is probably fake) but she said it was P. O Box 13583, Alithgow, EH497AP. I also asked for a confirmation email regarding the above conversation and another one stating that the contract had been cancelled. Good luck to you all but put up a fight!
