RichGoPTC.com is a PTR sites with highest payout. They stated on the website that payout is guaranteed and fast as well as their TOS. I invested money in advertising with many different trafffic exchange to get more referrals. A few month after i joined & invested all i have into it and my balance reached $15k at that time minimum pay out is $10K. However after i submitted the payout request, they reply and told me i have to wait or upgrade to premium which is another $199 fee. Im out of money totally and they're said free member have to wait. But not indicate how long. Until now, my balance in that account reached $35K now & I made request for 2 payout and they still not paying & told me to upgrade or wait. They totally violate their TOS and it's a total scam. I still have all the emails they send and access to the account indicated all my transactions. Please help me because this money belong to my family and I have kids i need to feed them. I lost my job a year and half ago & not able to find work. I was hoping to make some cash online but got scam instead. I still owe other people money due to that and I cant find anyone to help not even government agency. I found online that website not paying many of their members, they even have a forum full of former members not able to get their money. Please help make internet a safe place for the next generations. Plea let me know if you need any document or access to my account. I'm willing to pay 25% to anyone can help me collect this money.
