I don't know about you, but to me, this seems fraudulent! Not talking about paying TAXES either! Fraud, in the hard times we are going through, and always, should be seen like an enemy in times of war, in any country! P S Also asking for a picture of the person or hair is kind of too personal! Especially in these times we're living in, with D N A present, and the picture could be used in other ways!
