I personally wasted money on buying time share in Oak N Spruce, Lee MA and regret ever since. The maintenance costs are the real murderer. RCI is another big SCAM promised to sell my time share & charged me $1,125 never heard from them. Very deceitful sales tactic. They are no better than corporate bullies & hustlers.
