Phone call from CS & Associates telling us we could have our mortgage reduced and payments reduces significantly by paying them $1990.00 to process the application. Nothing was done. We called Bank of America and they never received the application. Called CS & Assoc. But they won't return the money. Employees from Allied Loan Servicing left CS & Assoc. And they won't answer the phone or accept a certified letter from us demanding our money back! Have been in contact with the Attorney General of New York and will fill out a complaint against them. Have been told we probably won't gert our money back! Beware!!!
