I bought this product and it did nothing but cause a problem with my computer. I had to go back and reboot my computer. I had to go to back up files to restore the computer.

I have tried to get a refund, they say I need to supply the correct email address. I only have the one email address I used.

I have not heard back from them. I want a refund.
