I took up an online offer for the trial of the Biocleanse and BioMango Advance Metabolism product. I am usually quite wary but I read through the reviews and it appeared to be an Australian website/distributor linked to a US company. I placed the order on the 8 December, noting the two week cooling off period in which I could change my mind at no cost - which also lent a sense of legitimacy. I did change my mind and contacted the company within the two week cooling off period. I was advised that the products had been dispatched already but that they would still be able to cancel my order and that would be the end. They quoted me a cancellation reference number of 940E3F61F54 for the BioMango and 4E4003AOB3A93 for the BioCleanse product. I thought this would be the end. But at the start of January noted a debit from my nominated account of $96.09 on 25 December. I thought this was a flow on from the trial, thinking that the cancellation went through late and notched it up to an internet experience. Unfortunately since then I have had my account debited a further $463.38, the transactions have been scattered through the past couple of months dates being 28 December, 10 January, 26 January, 8 February and 25 February. I have tried calling but cannot get hold of anyone to answer my queries. I am going to request that my bank put a stop on any debits from this company. Unfortunately I didn't catch the debits early enough, it wasn't until the February debits that I realised it was still happening (with the flow on of debits from Christmas).
