I placed a gift order through Blair. The order was mailed in 2 sections so when I got my first charge of $14.95 on 11/29 I didn't think anything about it. However another $14.95 charge appeared on my statement 12/30 and 1/30. I called the company who insisted I signed up for this service which I did not and had no reason to do so since this would probably be the only time I would be ordering from the. They had me call 866-405-7356. The customer service rep insisted again that I signed up for this service. Since I no longer had my receipt I could not prove otherwise and they would not provide me with a copy. I therefor cancelled the card. I was shocked to get onto the internet and found so m any others the same thing had happened to. What a nice way for the company to generate extra cash but it comes at a heavy cost. I plan to let everyone I know about my experience.
