The foreign exchange fee for $4.40 plus the charge from CHINA for $146.98 should have been a clue for me that something was weird. Never saw a charge on my credit card statement from Ecco outlet. All emails from Ecco were gmail or hotmail addresses. The Hotmail address is now unavailable. I should have talked to my credit card company sooner. Since I was trying to communicate with the Ecco company for a refund I wasted valuable time. Now Bank of America said they will not file a dispute because it is past 60 days. This order was Oct 30 and they told me 12/26 I could get a refund. I think I am just one of the crowd in this scambook now... Wahhhh!
