I ordered several refill packs from this company all in original size one of the refill packs came in micro size. I have made numerous requests to have them taken care of but I have yet to receive even one responce back to my inquiries. I was told if I send an e-mail request I would receive a responce in 24 to 48 hours. They still haven't responded after more than 7 request.
