By internet I requested the RushCard just to see the fees involved. I filled out the application and on the bottom of the page is a box you can check if you want to use direct deposit. I did not check this box. Ok, so on 2/7 i recieved a letter from SSI stateing that my direct deposit was changed. I contacted RushCard on the internet and I said that I did not authorize any action to be taken regerding my SSI. I get an ticket #, a form reply. Basicily they realy never answered my question. I called SSI and was told JP MORGAN Chase changed my direct deposit. This is the bank Ruch card uses.
I called Ruch card and was told that they never changed my direct deposit. Liars. So now I have to wait until March to see which card my SSi goes to. If it does not go to my orginal card I have to report it stolen or lost, wait 3 to 4 business days to recieve my money. Nice to have to worry all that time. I guess CEO Russell Simmons is broke and needs to rip people off.
