I purchased a ticket that was supposed to be for Wed. To Sunday.
They bumped me to Monday (even though I did not choose Monday) and then enticed me to buy a trail club membership to save money on the trip, THE NEXT TRIP! Only nothing in the offer said that was the case. I immediately sent an email to customer svc and never hard from them. Now, I can't find the terms for cancellation of the renewal for the club scam. It's buried somewhere in the fine print.
