I actually sent back the bill that they sent me with CANCEL WRITTEN ALL OVER IT as they had recommended BEFORE the first billing began. I have fought to find a contact for them etc. NOW someone has actually answered these complaints I see from this page. So I'm going to call them IMMEDIATELY and try my best to get this resolved. I"m sure that if we ALL call they will realize what is happening. IF all fails I will again report them to my bank number 1. To the Chamber of Commerce of Florida and also to the federal govn registry of business complaints.
