Brian Williams
Anthony l jones, jason r douglas, joseph t wise brian williams was suppose to negotiate and get me back money $17000 from visa, mc, and amex. I paid him over $2900 plus over $200 in wire fees. He never delivered anything. I can't get a hold of him

To whom this may concern: my name is wayne mumme. I am writing you in regards to a person who appears to have taken money from me illegally. This person was working through a company called "elevated marketing strategies." i was an affiliate of this company myself. This person who was working with this company contacted me by telephone. His name is "brian williams." brian told me me that he worked through elevated marketing strategies. I told brian williams that i had been a victim of some other home based businesses that i paid money to, but i never made any money with. Brian williams said that he had connections to some people who worked with visa, mastercard and american express credit cards. Brian w said that if i paid $150 dollars intially to "anthony jones" in arizona by moneygram at walmart store that i would get 70% of the total amount of $25,026 dollars that i spent with these past home based businesses. This would be about $17,546.00 dollars that i would get back. Brian w continually asked throughout next upcoming weeks for me to wire more money from walmart store by money gram to anthony l jones. This was suppose to be for negotiations costs to get my money back. (the $17,456 dollars - 70%) i ended up sending anthony l jones a total of about $1,290 dollars. Brian told me that this was for negotiations costs. After this was all done then brian w told me i had to wire $440 dollars to a person by the name of "jason r douglas" for the closing costs to close out the deal. I went to walmart and i wired jason r douglas the $440 dollars. After i did this about a week later, i was emailed by [email protected]. This was a place where i emailed them at this email address all the information about the home based businesses so that they could start the negotiation process. The email i received said that i needed to send another $440 dollars to jason r douglas. The email said that brian williams didn't have the rights to cut me a deal by only having me pay one payment of $440 dollars for the closing costs. The email said that the closing cost was actually $880 dollars. I went ahead and paid the other $440 dollars to jason r douglas. After this was completed, brian williams said that i had to make payments (wire money by moneygram from walmart) for payout costs to a person by the name of "joseph t wise" in "phoenix arizona." i wire several payment, probably between $800 to $1000 dollars to mister "wise." after this brian williams said i would get my first installment of $2200 in about one week. He said he would call me in about a week and give me a reference number. Brian williams said i would take this reference number and i would pick up my first installment of $2200 dollars by western union at "fred meyer store" in my home town in "pocatello, idaho." about the time that i made all those payments to joseph t wise brian williams said that they decided that they wanted to do a "structured settlement." the structured settlement would be that i would pay joseph t wise by moneygram at walmart store another $800 dollars. After i did this, brian w said that they could then pay me two payments of $2200. These would come consecutively after the first payment of $2200 dollars in about two weeks. I told brian that i did not want to do this. I said that evertime i paid them everything that they always wanted more money. (in other words that i didn't know whether or not this was for real-it might be a scam) brian williams insisted that it wasn't a scam. I said i couldn't trust him and that also my money was starting to run low. Brian then said that they could pay me the initial installment of $2200 dollars pretty soon. After several weeks went by brian w called me he said that he could mail me the whole lump sum of $17,000 if i would be willing to pay them $250 dollars plus three percent of the 70% for processing fees. Brian w said they could cash me out at 67% and get a whole lump sum payment of about $17,000 to me in priority mail to me at my mailbox in about two days. I agreed to this and i wired anthony l jones the $250 dollars to anthony l jones by walmart store near my home town. About 7 weeks went by and i never received a thing. Brian williams then called me one friday night about 7 weeks later. Brian said that he needed me to pay another $160 dollars to joseph t wise. Brian w asked me for my bank's routing number. Brian said he needed the routing number so that he could wire the money they owed me into my bank account. I told him that i wouldn't give the routing number to him. I told him that he didn't fulfill his obligation of giving me my money i had coming to me. Brian sounded like he may of been drunk or on drugs because he was slurring when he talked. I hung up the phone. He then called me up 15 minutes later. He tried again to talk me into sending joseph t wise. I told him i would not do this. The next day he called me at about 6pm mountain time. Brian said he wouldn't ask me to pay the other 160 dollars. He said though that they would eventually have to send me the money. However, brian said that they could only do it in installments. This was a contradiction to what he told me earlier. It has been two or three months since, and i haven't received anything from brian williams or his associates that are working for him. I am bringing this matter to your attention. I was wondering if you could help me out in regards to this. I believe this i a scam. Brian williams is definitely behind it and so are the other three people who he is working with. Brian williams was promoted to assistant manager for "ebay solutions." this was according to what a person who worked at elevated marketing strategies told me when i talked to him. The representative said that brian was transferred to las vegas. However, brian williams gave me the address for ebay solutions. Ebay solutions is located in "pheonix arizona" according to the information that brian williams gave me for ebay solutions. The address for ebay solutions is: 12341 n 56th street, scottsdale, az 85281. Their phone # is: 786-873-1002. Brian williams's phone number for ebay solutions is: (602) 477-9500. It is just a answering machine, usually that you leave your message to. Sometimes he is there and answers, but i haven't been been able to get a hold of him in about at least two or three weeks. You probably aren't going to ave any luck getting a hold of him there. You need to get a hold of ebay solutions and see if you can get information about getting a hold of him. It seems that brian williams and his people are illegally stealing my money and probably other peoples money as well. This is illegal. I believe this is "money laundering." brian williams needs to be stopped, apprehended and put away. Brian needs to be forced to pay me back my money that i gave him. This is because it appears that he is deceiving me and taking my money (approximately $3148 doolars-including the wire fees hich are over $200 dollars) and he isn't giving me anything in return. I keep calling him at that 602-477-9500 and all i get is his answering machine. I just leave a message each time and he never returns my calls to me anymore. I conclude that this is probably a scam. You need to check this out and investigate this. Brian williams needs to be apprehended and repremanded from ebay solutions. I think that he is a criminal and that he is doing illegal things behind his work previously at elevated marking strategies and currently at ebay solutions. I complained to elevated marketing strategies about this. They said they had no knowledge of brian williamse's activities on this. Elevated marketing strategies said that they wouldn't be responsible for any activities that brian williams was doing outside of their company. If you could call ebay solutions or write them and see how you can find brian williams then you need to do this. Like i said earlier, it appears that brian williams is engaged in illegal activity. If this is the case, then brian w is stealing my money and probably other peoples money as well. This is categorized as "money laundering." if this is really the case, then it is illegal. Brian willaims needs to be stopped and apprehended. He needs to be held accountable. He needs to be made to pay me back my $3148 dollars that i paid him including the transaction fees of over $200 dollars. Elevated marketing strategies phone # is: 877-738-6050. A person by the name of "josh norris" answers there at that number. If you can have them give you any information on brian williame's whereabouts then you can have the phone # to contact them. Also if you can contact ebay solutions by telephone and/or by mail and get any information leading to finding brian williams, this needs to be done. If you can trace brian williamses 602-477-9500 phone line to where it goes, then maybe you can find him there. I checked out the (602) area code in my phone book. This is a "phoenix" arzona area code and not a las vegas or scottsdale area code. Obviously brian williams is operating in probably both scottsdale and phoenix. This is because ebay
solutions is in scottsdale and brian williame's phone area code "602" is a phoenix area code. If you can track him down this would be much appreciated. Please mail or email me or call me with your response. My phone # is. My email address is. My address is. Please respond to me in the upcoming days or weeks. Sincerely wayne d mumme.
