Commision breakthrough was supposed to offer an inside track to making money online by just using software offered for a onetime fee of $34. Next was the upgrade offer of $97 for maximum earnings, which I declined. This offer was imediately reduced to $47 because I declined the $97 offer. Next, I was to pay $250 for a web site and domain. The simple download to start making money online was becoming very expensive, so I stopped at this point.
