Down load from Commission Breakthrough (Bruce Kelly) would load to be down loaded. I notified Commision Breakthrough of this problem 3 times that their program would not load and I was getting an error notice to that effect. The file in question was v1/v1/specialoffer/specialoffer_step1.php. The last notice I received from them gave a web address that browser did not show.
