I signed up believing it was a one time charge of $9.97 and then in January they charged me $65.99 and again in February with no authorization. I called and they told me in fine print when I agreed to the terms I had 7 days to call and cancel - that isn't enough time to know if the program would work - anyway they have cancelled my subscription and are refunding me both months of charges - $131.98.
