Order $2.95 used car report on an Acura and then got a $29.95 charge a few weeks later from a description propertyhousevasalt licivitus or something like that. My bank said it was from salt lake city. I called the number on the original 2.95 charge and it said it had not been assigned yet. I stopped payment on further charges but I have to contact the organization to cancel the charges and get a refund. If they refuse then my bank can file a claim through Visa since I used my visa debit card.
