I paid $2.95 for a car fax report and was told that it was blocked so i had to call the company and they said it was open now. A few days later i noticed that the company had charged me $29.95 and when i called them they started giving me the run around and stated the $2.95 was a membership fee and the other was the monthly fee and i told them i did not sign up for a monthly fee just the one time fee. They kept on so i told them i was going to call my bank and have it stopped and turn them into the BBB.
