I purchased a supplement from this company called MarineD3. The flier that I received in the mail had an endorsement from Dr. Richard Linchitz. I read what the supplement claimed to do and ordered it with their "zero risk" 100% guaranteed offer, which stated that "If you're not thrilled by your results for any reason, at any time, you'll receive every penny back (less shipping, if any)."
When I called on February 20, after using the almost all of the product, I was then told that I had to send back the empty bottles to receive the refund. I told them that after I finished one of the nine bottles, I recycled them.
I was then told that I could receive half of my money back if I agreed to not have any further claims against them.
I consider this to be fraudulent advertising.
